I wish I had found this hotel sooner! I spent the week with a family member in the Blake hospital. I mentioned I would be traveling every day to be with them. Wendy the sales manager was very accommodating in letting me stay on a day to day basis since I wasn't sure how long he would be admitted, and offer a discount as well. Everyone in the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Breakfast bar was stocked with many goodies. Highly recommend this establishment and especially if you need help while traveling to the hospital. It's in a great location from Blake, easy to navigate to and the Walmart beside it was definitely a plus when needed. The room was excellent, had no problems at all and was able to decompress after a long day. Thanks so much for everything TownePlace Suites
Truly cannot even put into words the literal angel we dealt with at this hotel. The night we stayed, it had been a horrific day and there was literally no vacancy in the whole city + surrounding areas due to a local event so we were frantic looking for a room at 11pm at night. Shoutout to Dwayne who literally came to our rescue and saved the day. He was so so kind and accommodating and where every other hotel in the area gave us an abrupt “can’t help you” he took the time and found a solution for us. Will only ever stay at & recommend this hotel to people from now on and it’s all because of Dwayne. Thank you so much Dwayne!!!
This has been our go to hotel since it opened in 2020. Clean spacious rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and GREAT LOCATION. Only straight 15min drive to coquina beach.walmart is right next door and plenty of restaurants around. Overall, we love our stays here! 4 stars on the service only because now they have a towel policy, they will only exchange the dirty ones in the room for clean ones and won’t provide extra, which is understandable. But between showers, pool and beach, we definitely more than 4 towels for a family of 5( one being a baby) no buggy for us. We will just bring our personal towels next time or just go right next door to buy extras
What a pleasant surprise this location is. We're in Bonvoy properties once every couple weeks and this one absolutely had the best breakfast, hands down. Our room was very comfortable and in exceptional shape. Most importantly, a newer air conditioner, which was much quieter.
Good location. In front is Walmart. And the location is a few minutes from the beach by car. Everyone was friendly and the kitchen lady always looked aware that the breakfast place was stocked.
In and out. Friendly staff. Was stopping in town and needed a place to stay close to work site. Rooms were clean and lobby and breakfast were nice. Have a small gym.
Excellent staff that really cares. Front desk staff is very helpful. Housekeeping always does a splendid job. Highly recommend this great spot so close to beautiful beaches and restaurants.
Very nice hotel, we had an extended stay and front desk did everything they could to accommodate the whole family. Special thanks to Rachel from the breakfast and the young lady with long dark hair and glasses from the front desk, whom unfortunately I forgot the name.
